Skip Tracing - Locations

Custom Collection Services achieves has higher success rates as we have a specialised department set up exclusively for this task. We utilise all databases available and have developed a number of internal procedures, which achieve consistently better results.

We believe that our success is a result of our consistent follow up and utilization of experienced field agents. The field call has proven to be beneficial in locating a debtors new address as it allows the agent to make contact with the current occupants and neighbours.

Skipped debtors are monitored for a 5-year period and new skips are done on these at half yearly intervals. We believe our location rate is the highest in the industry and this is why many other agencies use us to handle their skip tracing.

Should the "skip searches" fail to reveal the current whereabouts of the debtor then an investigation is an optional extra.
