Our fast and easy debt collection service with our head office in Sydney NSW and other offices throughout Australia gives you the best chance of recovering your bad debts. Our accredited professional debt recovery operators are ready to demand immediate repayment of your outstanding Australian debt.
We take pride in providing same day service. As soon as your debtor’s details are received in our office a Custom Collection Service demand letter is sent. Following the issue of the demand letter we commence making telephone demand calls for payment. In 90% of cases this action receives a response by either payment in full or a payment arrangement agreement. After all who wants to receive phone calls and letters from a debt collector.
We do not charge you to join Custom Collection Services as a customer. We welcome all customers free of charge. You will not be required to pay us a subscription fee, purchase vouchers, and buy our letters of demand, stickers and stationery. As a valued Custom Collection Service client and as part of our commitment to provide a superior service we provide our clients with Newsletters and updates relevant to the Credit Industry. We don’t charge our clients to receive our helpful and informative tips and information.
Our letters of demand are free. We pay for all postage including registered post. Our letters of demand work and we consider the cost of our letters to be an advantage in helping us to recover your debt faster.
We do not charge by the minute, or by the hour for making telephone demand calls, negotiation calls or any calls on your behalf. There are absolutely No Telephone call fees or Faxing fees.
There are no hidden fees. A schedule of all Custom Collection Service fees is outlined in the proposal and schedule given to you when you become a Custom Collection Service client. Of course we dont advertise our fees otherwise we will have lost our competitive edge in giving our customers good value for money.
We don’t need to come to your premises with a contract for you to sign which may bind you to us for a period of time. There is no signing up period! We only need you to sign our authority giving Custom Collection Service permission to act on your behalf which clearly outlines our Terms and Conditions. You are not locked in to use our service and can come and go at your own leisure.
No debt is too small for us. We understand that some debts are a matter of principle. It’s your money and you deserve to have your $ back where it belongs.
We dont penalise you because we receive smaller part payments. We dont have a minimum commission charge unlike some of our competitors.
At Custom Collection Service there is no such word as can’t do. We don’t just recommend you write off difficult debts. We try everything to recover your money for you and keep your files open for the term of the life of the debt. Each state has a statute of limitation pertaining to the recovery period of a debt, of approximately 6 years from the date the debt was last acknowledged and 12 years to enforce recovery action once you have obtained a default judgment.
We don’t operate a call centre in Australia or from foreign countries. All outward calls are made from our offices within Australia by our accredited debt collection operators.
Once we welcome you to Custom Collection Service as a client you are allocated your own Account Manager. Your personal account manager is a highly experienced and licensed commercial and private inquiry agent who will be your contact within our office. In addition to working your accounts or portfolio they can also give you regular written update reports. All Custom Collection Service staff undergo continuous training to ensure that they are up to date with all the changes relevant to providing our clients with the best possible services available.
